Welcome to Treeline Aesthetics. By booking a consultation, receiving treatment, or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Our Clinic & Professional Standards
Treeline Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics clinic operating under UK regulations and professional bodies including the General Dental Council (GDC) and Care Quality Commission (CQC). All treatments are provided by qualified and insured clinicians with advanced training in aesthetic procedures.
2. Eligibility for Treatment
- You must be 18 years or older to undergo any aesthetic treatment.
- We reserve the right to decline treatment if you are not medically suitable or if it is not in your best interest.
All treatments are subject to a full medical consultation and consent process. No treatment will be carried out without prior informed consent.
3. Consultations & Appointments
- Initial consultations may be free of charge or subject to a small fee, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
- We require accurate medical and lifestyle information during your consultation to ensure your safety.
- Appointment times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to clinician availability.
4. Treatment Suitability
- We will always provide honest, professional advice on the suitability of a treatment for you.
- There is no obligation to proceed with treatment after consultation.
- If a treatment is not suitable, we may suggest alternative options or refer you to an appropriate provider.
5. Payments & Pricing
- Treatment prices are subject to change and will be clearly discussed during your consultation.
- Full payment is required prior to or at the time of treatment unless a payment plan has been agreed.
- We accept payment via debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and 0% finance options (subject to approval).
6. Cancellations & Refund Policy
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a late cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
- No refunds are issued for completed treatments, except where required by law or if there is a clinical issue.
Refunds for prepaid packages will be calculated pro-rata, minus any admin or cancellation fees.
7. Results & Expectations
- Results vary between individuals. We will always aim for realistic, natural outcomes.
- Some treatments may require multiple sessions or maintenance treatments for optimal results.
While we do our best to provide visual examples (photos, videos), these are for illustration purposes only and not guarantees of outcome.
8. Complaints & Feedback
- We are committed to patient satisfaction. If you are unhappy, please let us know so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days, and a full response provided within 20 working days.
9. Aftercare & Follow-Up
- All treatments come with appropriate aftercare guidance which must be followed to support healing and avoid complications.
- Follow-up appointments (if required) will be discussed at the time of treatment or after your procedure.

- We are fully GDPR compliant and committed to protecting your personal data.

11. Liability Disclaimer
- While every effort is made to minimise risk, all medical treatments carry some risk.
- Treeline Aesthetics and its clinicians are not liable for adverse reactions or complications that occur due to:
- Withholding medical history
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Lifestyle or environmental factors beyond our control
- Withholding medical history
- We are insured under appropriate medical malpractice and public liability insurance.
